What is a Postpartum Doula
As a Postpartum doula, I can provide families with information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. I could also help with light housework, put a meal in the oven, and help incorporate an older child into this unique experience. I also can provide a few nights of overnight care so parents can get some much-needed rest.
Service fee $40h
(Scholarships available, pkg may look a little different)
The benefits of having a postpartum doula are vast. As a postpartum doula, my goal is to help you transition into your new role as a Parent of a newborn. There’s no judgment here, just help and support, which leads directly to parents feeling empowered.
I can offer resources, educate, and help your family adjust to your new addition. I can help with meal trains, infant sleep, parent sleep, breastfeeding, bottle feeding support, baby care, sibling adjustment, and more. Let me help you to feel as comfortable as possible during this time.
