What is a Postpartum Doula

As a Postpartum doula, I provide families with information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents.

I also help with light housework, put a meal in the oven, make snacks for mom or kids, and help incorporate an older child into this unique experience.

An overnight from 9pm-7am just might be what you need to get those extra hours of sleep. I work with feeding schedules and also provide awake care.

Service fee $40h

The benefits of having a postpartum doula are vast. As a postpartum doula, I aim to help you transition into your new role as a parent of a newborn. There’s no judgment here, just help and support, which leads directly to parents feeling empowered.

I can offer resources, educate, and help your family adjust to your new addition. I can help with meal trains, infant sleep, parent sleep, breastfeeding, bottle feeding support, baby care, sibling adjustment, and more. Let me help you to feel as comfortable as possible during this time.
